Let’s be thankful for every NEW morning that brings with it God’s NEW compassions, mercy and love.

NEW Name:
Mothers Who Care (Ma’s Wat Omgee) has taken on a new name …. SCHOOLS PRAYER NETWORK (Skole Gebedsnetwerk). The name was changed as we were unhappy with the inference that we were the only mothers who care … and we know for sure that this is not true! Also, we do not want to limit those who pray for our schools to mothers … we want to include staff, fathers, friends etc. Along with this we wanted to communicate that this is more than just one small group in an individual school … we want to be operating in every school in the country.

NEW Logo:
We hope you like our new logo … with its Namibian sunshine. We want God’s light to shine in the same way in Namibian schools.

NEW Leadership:
Schools Prayer Network is now led by a team of people who will be able to give better support to existing groups and help new groups get established. Feel free to contact any of us for further information … you can call, email or SMS. See contact details.

NEW Structure:
Our aim is to meet with groups leaders once a term and have a get-together with all group members once a year. We are available to come and meet with anyone who wants to start a group, or to hold information meetings for larger groups.
We will send out a newsletter once a term and would appreciate getting information from the groups to include in those letters. Again use the contact details.

NEW Resources:
We are in the process of reprinting all our materials to reflect our name and logo change. These should be ready by the end of February and will be available from the Campus Crusade for Christ office.
