Introduction
The G.O.D initiative in Namibia under Campus Crusade for Christ is aimed at raising awareness of Global Outreach Day among Christians and transferring ownership thereof to local believers (church) by mobilizing them to be active participants in the annual G.O.D for the salvation of souls.
Our current goal that will help us to reach that vision is by starting small, focusing on building a deep, strong community of disciples who are growing into Christ-likeness and who will over time eventually have a personal ministry of evangelism and discipleship.
On the last Saturday of May, every year, believers go out in unity with aim of reaching out to the masses with the gospel.
Why the G.O.D Initiative ?
· That every Christian has an opportunity to be trained in evangelism and discipleship.
· Churches united in sharing the gospel together.
· New converts are not being left alone but being helped through the journey that they started with the Lord.
Main Objective: Everyone can reach someone, Together we can reach Everyone!
